Where does Lux Elise ship?

Lux Elise currently ships to all 50 states and U.S. Territories. Unfortunately, at this time we only accept US orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. You must have a shipping address and a credit card billing address within the United States. You may experience longer delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories.

 

When will my order ship and where does it ship from?

When we receive your order, we begin processing it. Processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped you will be sent a tracking notification from info@luxelisebeauty.com. You can also sign up for SMS notifications for updates about your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update. 

Express shipping is available! When Express shipping is selected at checkout, orders placed before 2 pm MST will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm MST will be processed the next business day. Orders that receive free shipping will follow the normal shipping standards. If you are in need of a quick turnaround, please message us and we will do all we can to get you taken care of.

Orders over $50.00 always ship free!

In the event that the delivery address is submitted incorrectly when the order is placed, Lux Elise assumes no responsibility. We will attempt to get the package to you, but if it is located, it may cause significant delays. If you have submitted the incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@luxelisebeauty.com and include your order number in the subject line.
