Refund policy
At Lux Elise, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and stand behind our products. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to the Lux Elise team at info@luxelisebeauty.com and our support team will assist you. We issue exchanges, refunds, or shop credit (including tax where applicable) for returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.
Refunds or Exchanges requested within:
0-15 days from the delivery date, your return is eligible for exchange or refund, back to the original form of payment.
15-30 days from the delivery date, your return is eligible for shop credit only. Shop credit has no cash value. Shop credit can be applied to your future purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@luxelisebeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind:
You are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of the product.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept empty bottles.
If an item is purchased with shop credit, the only refund or exchange option is shop credit.
If the original form of payment is no longer valid, we are only able to issue a shop credit for returns and exchanges.
